To make 2020 a little better, the genre-disrupting musician A.CHAL releases his fire of a track “Hollywood Love” with Atlanta titan Gunna backing him up.
Singer, songwriter and producer A.CHAL has been causing a stir online from the likes of Spotify adding his track “Pink Dust” to New Music Friday to the popular New York based magazine The Fader citing him as “sitting somewhere between Post Malone and Blonde”. Now the Peruvian-born, New York-raised musician is back with a new laidback, infectious track.
“Hollywood Love” features Atlanta-based artist Gunna and cascades from soothing guitars to contagious beats to sputtering verses. Everything about the track is set to see A.CHAL rising up the ranks and placing him as a force to be reckoned with.
Born in Lima, Peru and raised between Trujillo, Peru and Queens, New York, A.CHAL has managed to develop a unique sound that encompasses both cultures. His fusion of indigenous Peruvian sounds, modern trap-soul sonics, and sounds that he’s picked up on while growing up on the East Coast is impeccable and the result is a style that is truly distinct to him.
