Melbourne’s Jade Imagine Releases “Coastal Pines”

Melbourne locals, Jade Imagine’s latest track “Coastal Pines” once again shows that Aussie bands have truly perfected the formula in creating a feel good surf-rock track.

“It’s a song about the head versus the heart,” singer-songwriter Jade McInally says. “For me, it’s the never-ending struggle between the city and the ocean pulling in two different directions.”

The dreamy “Coastal Pines” is the latest track off forthcoming EP ‘You Remind Me Of Something I Lost’. The video contains footage from travelling the US, the UK tour with Julia Jacklin and POND, the Stella Donnelly tour, footage from Jade’s hometown of Sunshine Beach, and swimming with seals and dolphins in the Bay.

‘You Remind Me Of Something I Lost’ is out 5th June on Milk!/Remote Control. A limited run of 100 cassettes are available here via the Jade Imagine Bandcamp page.
